The Last

Now, it is the last. This school year overall has been a wonderful learning experience. Throughout the school year, I learned so many things in our ICT Class. I learned the different parts and tools of Photoshop. Different steps on making a Layout and more.

For this quarter, we made a layout promoting our school-Ilocos Sur National Highschool. Eventhough its is a little bit hard, I still enjoyed making my own layout. There were also problems that I encountered but I didn't gave up, despite of that I remained positive, strong and did my best to overcome those problems or challenges.

Again, All big thanks to our Almighty God because I surpassed the last quarter of this school year.

Dream;Believe

Dreams are like an open window, providing a view of our future. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

As a student, I have my dreams. For my self and for my family. I am doing my best to strive in my studies for me to finish and will have a brighter future. I dream to have a good and happy life in the near future.

For me to fullfil or achieve, I must keep my good motivations in studies, avoid unnecessary practices and be good to fellows.

117th High School Day!

Every school has its own Foundation Day. In our school, Ilocos Sur National High School lately celebrated the 117th High School Day with the theme Tradition of Excellence: Championing Filipino Values Admist Cultural Diversity and fast-paced Modernization. All teachers and students are participating in the said event.

There are so many activities that is happening during the said foundation day. In the morning, all students were joing the parade to show their costumes. Next is the awarding, it is where teachers were awarded for being an outstanding teacher. And lastly, the best highlight or activity during our Highschool Day is the Field Demo where students and also teachers showcase their talents in dancing.

Sadly, it is our last year in our Junior High and we still have'nt experience to win. But despite of that we still enjoyed dancing eventhough it is tiring. Still, it is a very nice event and it is one of the most memorable experience I had.

KANNAWIDAN FESTIVAL

Ilocos Sur is a beautiful province located in the northern part of Luzon. It is also a province that rich in tourist spots and culture. And to show their treasures to the whole world, the locals of Ilocos Sur conceived a festival called "Kannawidan Festival" that show and presents their cultural traditions.

Many people are going here in Ilocos to join, watch or see the different activities and contest during the festival. One of the best activities in Kannawidan is the "Pinaka" where the locals exhibit their farm and fishery products. Another activity is the "Saniata iti Ilocos" where beautiful ladies from different municipalities showcase their beauty and talents and compete for the crown. There were also celebrities and bands visiting and coming here to perform.

Kannwidan is a very enjoyful festival. If you have'nt yet experience to join in this festival, well what are you waiting for? Come and join us.

Act-Changes-Things

     In our everyday lives, change is a really part. We have our own personality and own perception to everything we encounter. But what matters the most is on how can we deal in every situation we are involved. Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing him/herself. We must strive to make changes to our lives to improve ourselves. But often we fall short of understanding the importance of making changes not just to our own individual life but for the rest of the world too.

     If I want to have something or if I have a goal that I need to achieve, I myself must do the first effort in doing what is good and what is right for the best outcome. I know I am not perfect , I am a human and I am doing mistakes in my daily living. But I am responsible to my actions. That is why I realized sometimes that I need to change what I can not control. Like my attitude and behavior sometimes I can not control my emotion in responding to some instance. I easily get angry and that results to me to become disrespectful to anybody. I want to change that attitude of mine. I know its not that easy but I know I can as long as I want. That always reminds me that change starts with me.
